- Please arrive 10 minutes early to receive instructions and equipment fitting.
- A 8 hour cancellation notice is required.
- Riders must be at least 7 years old.
- Harness fits up to 42″ waist.
- People with recent heart, back, hip, or knee conditions or expectant mothers should not ride.
- Everyone will be required to wear a helmet. We do provide helmets but feel free to bring your own.
- Wear closed toe shoes, no short shorts, and long hair should be pulled back.
- Going upside down in harness is prohibited, no exceptions!
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any drugs that impair you in any way can not ride.
- Seating and concessions are available on site. If you would like to have a party at Richland Creek Zipline, please inform us when making your reservation.
- We only accept cash or check, no credit or debit cards.
- We will not operate in rain or extremely windy conditions,
